BedtimeBoss is a gentle "go to bed" button. Staff can send a player to bed, which disconnects them and keeps them from logging back in until their bedtime is over.
Getting sent to bed
If someone sends you to bed:
- You're disconnected with a Bedtime Time! message telling you what time you can come back.
- If you try to join before then, you're turned away with a reminder of when you can rejoin.
- Once that time has passed, you can join again as normal.
The time shown is the server's local time.
For staff
- Type
/bedtime <player>to send someone to bed for 30 minutes, or add a number of minutes, like/bedtime <player> 60. The player has to be online. - If the minutes aren't a positive whole number, it uses 30.
- Bedtimes are only kept in memory. Restarting the server ends every bedtime early, and there's no command to lift one before it runs out.
- Only ops can use it by default. Give
bedtime.useto anyone else who should have it.
